Wollersheim Winery, Distillery & Bistro

Wollersheim Winery, Distillery & Bistro is a family-owned Wisconsin estate overlooking the Wisconsin River in Prairie du Sac. First planted in the 1840s, the historic property was restored to a working winery in 1972 by Bob and JoAnn Wollersheim.
In 1984, Philippe Coquard arrived from Beaujolais on an agricultural exchange, later marrying Julie Wollersheim. Together, they guided decades of growth, expanding the vineyards and establishing Wollersheim as a leader in Wisconsin winemaking.
Today, winemaker Céline Coquard Lenerz carries the tradition forward, while her husband, distiller Tom Lenerz, leads our grain-to-glass spirits program. At the Wollersheim Bistro, Chef Romain creates seasonal dishes designed to pair with our wines and spirits.
