Wind and Raven | This is How it Feels to Heal

Wind and Raven is the video home for Healing Pathways, a growing body of reflective work from Steve R. Patterson and Valkyrie Counseling Group.

The channel began in 2014 alongside the original Wind and Raven website and the shamanic practice that emerged during years of major illness, liver failure, cancer, transplant, and recovery. Those earlier videos remain here as Chapter 1: personal, experimental, spiritual, imperfect, and real.

Now Wind and Raven enters its next chapter.

This channel explores healing, recovery, myth, shamanic practice, personal transformation, the body, the mind, and the difficult work of becoming more fully human. The work is connected to Valkyrie Counseling Group, but this channel is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or clinical treatment.

New projects are coming and will be shared when they are ready.
