Vital Consulting

We build the systems your business runs on.

Vital Consulting has been automating small businesses since 2010. We connect the tools you already pay for, like Keap, Calendly, ClickUp and QuickBooks, so nobody retypes anything. And when the thing you need does not exist yet, we build it. MyVitalAssistant, our platform that follows each lead from the ad to the money, is one of ours.

What you will find here:
Short videos about the spreadsheet secretly running your business, and what to do about it.
What the hours you get back are actually for.
Quick tips from our free guides.
Behind the scenes on the platforms we build.

New videos most weeks. (We automated the reminder.)
