Whitney Wafula

I'm Whitney Wafula, PMP® an Operational Execution & Transformation consultant. I diagnose why work that succeeds on paper breaks in real operations.
With a decade leading projects, rollouts, and operational change across multi-site operations, digital systems, infrastructure, and frontline service environments.

Most projects don't break the way people expect. They break after go-live, when the plan hits the floor. The workarounds teams create because the system didn't hold. The dashboards that say green while the floor tells a different story. The rollout that launched but never stabilized.

This channel documents that territory: The gap between organizational intent and operational reality. If you're responsible for making things work, not just launching them, you'll recognize these patterns.

I cover rollout failure, operational breakdowns, post-go-live friction, AI adoption gaps, and the execution problems most teams notice too late.
