White Light Yoga with Ruby Fox

Hello and welcome to White Light Yoga! My name is Ruby Fox and I am based out of Southern California. I've been teaching yoga since May of 2022. I LOVE doing yoga outdoors. I feel it is so freeing and liberating, so the videos you will find here will be just that! Outdoor yoga & meditation as well as some beautiful sound baths.
One day in a class I was attending, something was said that changed everything for me. After a long battle with Endometriosis, what she said helped me realize I was healed from this horrible disease and needed to allow my body to thrive for the first time in almost 20 years! It brought me to tears and from that moment I knew I needed to share the amazing gift of yoga with anyone who would let me.
So, here I am! I strive to share this gift of yoga & sound healing so you too, can find inner peace, self-confidence & beautiful white light from within.Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and I hope you enjoy what you find here.
