What's the Gouge?

What's the Gouge? is a channel designed around making content to answer the many questions that active duty, veterans, federal employees and contractors may have around finance and related topics.  It was started by two Registered Investment Advisors Joe and Spencer Turkal.  Spencer and his father Joe are financial advisors that specialize in helping the aforementioned groups.
