What is a Promise?

“Between two, a promise hangs by a common measure, not individual will.” This channel examines promises by examining them through the lens of Three Laws I discovered during 50 years of practice as a builder, design-builder, architect and requirements underwriter. I’m David M. Shelton. I discovered them through construction, writing the requests for proposals behind buildings like NREL’s Research Support Facility. Construction is where I discovered the Three Laws. It isn’t the subject. We are.
