What We Carry

If you feel like you keep ending up in the same patterns in your relationships, doing more, holding more, or losing yourself in the process, you’re not alone.

I’m a therapist and Emotional Pattern Expert, and I help people understand the patterns they keep repeating in relationships and why they lose themselves in them.

A lot of what you’re experiencing isn’t random. These patterns were learned, often as ways to maintain connection, even when it meant silencing yourself, overfunctioning, or becoming who the relationship needed you to be.

This space is about slowing that down, understanding it clearly, and creating the possibility for something different, where you don’t have to lose yourself to stay connected.
