Wellness With Bre

Hi!!! My name is Breanna Dawkins! I created this YouTube channel with the desire to give myself a point of reference of where my Weight-loss journey re-started, while also taking anyone who desires to travel it with me.

I aim for home workout videos that are plus sized friendly, but offer tons of variety and beautiful scenery from beaches in the Maldives to roof tops in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.

I enjoy doing at home workouts an incorporating body weighted as well as easy to travel with items such as resistance bands etc.

While I am on a personal Weight-loss journey of -100lbs, I have been a fitness professional for 10+ years, and I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, on YouTube I didn’t see any good videos that I felt comfortable with without having to modify myself. I then realized I may not be the only one with this problem an I wanted to create content for me, an anyone else that is in a similar situation physically!

Lets get it MaMa!!💖
