Nick Hedberg | We Sell Houses LA

We Sell Houses LA helps Los Angeles homeowners sell and stop foreclosure — even when the auction is already scheduled. I'm Nick Hedberg, a licensed short sale and foreclosure agent with Beverly & Company (DRE #02016456), with $60M+ in California real estate closed since 2016.

Behind on payments? In pre-foreclosure? Owe more than your home is worth? You have options. In an approved short sale you typically pay $0 — the lender covers the commission and most closing costs. (Homeowners with equity list at a standard commission.) When a servicer's valuation stalls a file, I escalate to the loan's investor — Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, or VA — to resolve it before the trustee sale.

New videos: how selling stops a foreclosure, how California short sales work, what to do when a sale date is set, and selling a home in any condition.
