We Raise the Roof

We Raise the Roof is a certification-based real estate development platform for community-rooted professionals who are ready to stop watching and start building.

Founded by Dr. Egheosa Igbinoba (Dr. E), we turn everyday professionals - project coordinators, construction pros, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders - into certified community co-developers.

Our model is simple: certify first, invest together. Every participant earns their certification before any co-investment conversation begins. Development without displacement, every single time.
