Waytop Expandable Microspheres

Waytop Microspheres is founded in 2011, specialized in manufacturing expandable microspheres. Expandable microspheres are small spherical polymeric particles, which consist of a polymer shell with liquid gas inside. The internal pressure of the gas will increases and the thermoplastic shell softens when heated, leading to a great increase of the volume of the microspheres. We are selling two forms of products：
-Unexpanded Microspheres can be used as a foaming agent. Not only reduce the weight or density, it also promise highly controlled foaming and a closed, uniform cell structure when used as a foaming agent. 
-Expanded Microspheres is a super ultra lightweight filler, which will add volume dramatically with small dosage in weight, saving raw material costs in the process. It is widely used in super ultra light clay, insulation paint, explosives, shoe sole, textile ink, artificial leather, cultured marble, cable filler, crack filler, wine cork, silicone foaming, etc.
