Christine is a clinical therapist  with 30+ years of experience, and Bethany brings the lens of somatics, strength training, and holistic nutrition. Together, we create a sacred space of connection where you can exhale, laugh, learn, and finally feel understood.
We’ll also be joined by special guests; clinicians, coaches, mentors, and real humans bringing fresh perspectives, powerful stories, and practical tools for healing.
