The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) is a non-profit litigation and policy center based out of Milwaukee, WI. Our mission is to promote and defend liberty, limited government, free markets, and the rule of law in Wisconsin and around the nation. WILL achieves these objections this through litigation, rigorous policy research, and public education.
