Visit Iraq
The Land of Beginnings

Iraq is a place where the earliest cities first took shape.

Between the Tigris and Euphrates, civilisations rose, beliefs took shape, and landscapes became the setting for some of humanity’s oldest stories. Those layers are still present today in the streets of its cities, in sacred places across traditions, and in the rhythms of everyday life.

This channel looks at Iraq as it is lived and experienced. Ancient sites stand alongside modern cities. Pilgrims, international guests, and local communities continue traditions that have shaped this land for centuries.

Through short films and visual moments, Visit Iraq shares a quieter perspective of the country, moving between history, living faith, contemporary cities, and the landscapes that connect them.

Iraq is not only where things began.
It is a place where they continue.
