Visionary Humanity

Visionary Humanity is a private stewardship practice for founders, families, maisons, foundations and long-horizon institutions facing moments when continuity, authorship, responsibility or identity must be understood before decisions become visible.

On this channel, I share selected films, reflections and conversations on the human questions beneath leadership and institutional life: stewardship, continuity, trust, succession, beauty as responsibility and peace.

I founded Visionary Humanity after fifteen years at the World Economic Forum, working across business, government, knowledge communities and institutional strategy. That experience strengthened a conviction at the heart of the practice: before direction is fixed, the human ground matters.

The deeper question is often the same:

What must remain true while life changes?
