The Vietnam Halal Certification Authority (HALCERT) is under the Vietnam Certification Centre (QUACERT), Commission for Standards, Metrology, and Quality of Vietnam. It serves state management in certification activities, conformity assessment services, and other services related to the Halal sector as required by organizations and individuals per the law.
