In the more than 10 years I have been a freelance tour guide, I have met many tourists who eventually became my friends. They have one thing in common - they all are mesmerized by Vietnamese cuisine and fell in love with it. 
I am also a travelholic and have set my foot in many countries from east to west and experienced various cultures, and got to try different foods where I landed. I can say with confidence and pride that Vietnamese cuisine is one of the most delicious and healthiest in the world. The country’s dishes not only have a distinctive flavour reflecting the wide range of fresh ingredients, they are also easy to make. 
That’s the reason I created a YouTube channel called "Vietnam Cuisine with locals", which allows me to indulge in my passion for cooking, to share with the world how to make easy but healthy authentic
