Vertex Veritas

Nicolae Petulengro is the creator and songwriter behind Vertex Veritas (The Point of Truth), a dark cinematic music project exploring survival, memory, identity, resilience, and healing. Drawing from lived experience with CPTSD and DID, Nicolae transforms personal experiences into songs about loss, protection, memory, reconstruction, and self-discovery. Blending gothic rock, dark folk, cinematic soundscapes, and narrative storytelling, Vertex Veritas exists somewhere between journal entries and modern mythology. The project's songs are descended from journals written over many years, preserving stories that are difficult to explain but impossible to ignore. Through music, artwork, videos, and storytelling, Vertex Veritas seeks to create a place where others can recognize pieces of their own story.
