Veronique Frede - Moonstone Sanctuary

Veronique Frede is a certified Reiki Teacher and Practitioner in the Japanese lineage of Usui Reiki Ryoho, a graduate from the International House of Reiki, and a student of Frans Stiene. Originally from France, she has studied and practiced Reiki internationally since 2008, working in private practice as well as in hospitals, cancer wellness centers, yoga studios, and senior communities. These diverse settings have shaped a grounded, embodied, and practical approach to wellness.

Since becoming a Reiki Teacher at the Japanese Culture Center in Chicago in 2019, Veronique has deepened her study of Japanese arts and contemplative practices, including calligraphy, Zen, and mindfulness, honoring traditional approaches in modern life.
