Melissa Ross | SRES | Utah’s Modern Real Estate

Welcome! We're Utah's Modern Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers across Park City and the Wasatch Front, including Salt Lake County and Utah County, find their perfect fit.

I'm the team lead, Melissa Ross, a residential specialist and a local in Daybreak, South Jordan, who relocated from Seattle and never looked back. Utah's four seasons, mountain scenery, and 500+ annual Daybreak events made this location an easy choice.

With 20+ years of corporate sales and negotiating experience, we guide you through one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, from first showing to closing day. We love the process so much, we're a little sad when it's over!
