User Experience Consulting, LLC

I’m Dasha Titlebaum, and I help teams build software people actually want to use.

If your team avoids the tools you paid for, or customers drop off before they finish, the problem usually isn’t your people. It’s the design.

I’ve been a UX designer for 20+ years and founded User Experience Consulting, LLC. My work spans user research, usability testing, and interface and product design, including experience in complex platforms for broadcast networks, studios, streaming services, and more.

On this channel:

• How to tell a design problem from a training problem
• When to fix your software instead of replacing it
• How good UX turns confusing products into ones people enjoy
• How AI is changing software, and why humans still matter

No design background needed.

For operations managers, product owners, (ux) designers, project managers, and leaders who want software people will actually use.
