Uncle G's run tings

Hi guys, I am Uncle G!  

Cooking is my passion and something really close to my heart.  You see so many people getting sick from not being educated on how food should be and its destroying our health.  I am here to change that view.  We understand fried food is not the best way to eat food, but you can make it as healthy as possible by using good grade oil and natural ingredients in our seasoning. I will be cooking gourmet fast food, with no MSG or GMO.  

My family (wife and son) and I are in the process of taking Uncle G's on the road. However before we do this, I will be posting videos of tutorials of the food we will be servicing at the venues, once set up.

We are so looking forward to be taking you on this journey with us and help us grow!!!
