Type II Adventures 

Type II Adventures is a compilation of trip reviews, planning process, and gear discussions for a variety of outdoor activities. Rafting, backpacking, mountain biking, climbing, and general camping are discussed the most. This will hopefully be helpful to people looking to plan and do self-sustained adventures for the first time. 

A type II adventure doesn't always go according to plan. It can sometimes miserable while it’s happening, but is often fun in retrospect or story telling. 

I sustained a spinal cord injury that left me with partial paralysis in 2008. I never let it stop me from doing what I love. Through these adventure pursuits I have improved physically and kept myself alive mentally. These are my adventures in a new and different life.
