Happiness Compass

I spent most of my life looking for happiness, peace, and answers everywhere except the one place they were hiding — inside me.
I’m Tyler Kaulbars. I’m an author, speaker, husband, father, entrepreneur, and a guy who has spent a lot of time trying to understand how the mind works.
This channel is about the things I’ve learned along the way — mindfulness, mental health, self-awareness, recovery, happiness, and learning that I don’t have to believe every thought that shows up in my head.
I don’t have all the answers. I’m just sharing what helped me find mine.
