Ask Arthur

Arthur is a phone-first AI companion that seniors call or text for help with everyday issues.

The technology that could help just wasn’t built for you. You're surrounded by apps, devices, and services that promise independence — but the interfaces assume fast fingers, sharp eyes, and a comfort with technology that was never designed with you in mind. You don't fail technology. Technology fails you.

The phone is the one interface you've trusted your whole life. You already know how to use it. You're already comfortable talking into it. But when you call for help — with a phone that's acting up, a text that looks suspicious, or something that's just on your mind — you get a menu, a hold queue, and a stranger who's never met you.

Arthur answers. Not a script. Not a menu. A real conversation — one that remembers who you are, understands what you need, and helps you handle it yourself.
