Trichy Nutrition | Laura Schulz

Welcome to Trichy Nutrition! 💚

I'm Laura Schulz, a Clinical Nutritionist specialising in Trichotillomania (TTM), Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBs), nutrition and mental health.

After living with Trichotillomania for 28 years and experiencing my own recovery, I founded Trichy Nutrition to help others explore the connection between nutrition, gut health, lifestyle and hair pulling.

With over 10 years researching Trichotillomania and 5+ years in clinical practice, I've supported hundreds of individuals and families on their Trich recovery journeys.

On this channel, we explore:
🌿 Nutrition, supplements and nutrient deficiencies
🌿 Gut health and the gut-brain connection
🌿 Stress, nervous system health and lifestyle
🌿 Trichotillomania research and recovery strategies
🌿 Supporting children with Trich
🌿 Trichy Truths podcast episodes

I offer personalised nutrition programs, education and support for adults, children and families.
