Tracey - Trials of a Long Haired Girl

I originally started this channel to document my weight loss journey with WW f/k/a Weight Watchers and now (2023) with Intuitive Eating.  I lost down into the 160's before I got married and then life got in the way.  I wanted to use this to help keep me accountable and perhaps help someone else along the way.  This is a learning process for each of us, figuring out our body and what works for us as we go along.  I'm proud of where I am mentally and that I am learning to get outside my comfort zone and believe in myself, which is all part of that process as well.
