Trevor Schade | Ambitiously Lazy

My sister called me Ambitiously Lazy when I was eight. She meant I would outwork anyone so that later I would not have to. It turned out to be a business strategy.

I have started 28 companies. Most of them failed, and that is the part worth hearing. The ones that worked, worked because I stopped doing the work myself and built something that ran without me.

That is what is on this channel - how to get your time back, how to become the person people want in the room, and how to get what you want without anybody feeling worked over.

Omaha. Four companies. One operator.
