Trestle Path Analytics

Learn project scheduling the way schedule reviewers practise it. Full tutorials and plain-English explainers on planning and scheduling with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project: CPM logic, float and the critical path, the DCMA 14-point assessment, delay analysis, baselines and updates, earned value and project controls.

Every tutorial works through one demonstration schedule, the Vireo Line Extension (a fictional metro project), so each idea is shown on real activities, not slides.

For planners, schedulers, project controls teams, owners' representatives and claims consultants on infrastructure, heavy civil, energy, industrial and building projects.

The tutorials use Trestle Path Analytics, our review dashboard for P6 XER and MS Project XML files. Nothing leaves your computer except the numbers the review needs, and nothing is stored. Try it free for 14 days at trestlepath.com
