Transformation Weight Control

TWC is an online weight loss program founded and directed by Rich Weil, M.Ed., CDE. Rich has been in the field for 44 years. For the past 25 years he was director of the weight loss program at St. Luke's Hospital in New York City, and when the program closed, Rich launched TWC. 

The program offers weekly groups for weight loss and preventing regain, a 12-week weight loss medication support group (the only one we know of in the country), an ongoing 12-week session follow-up program (we believe having obesity and overweight is a chronic disease so we offer chronic treatment), webinars, and exercise classes. Our staff includes a clinical psychologist, registered dietitians, and exercise physiologists. We are medically and evidence-based, and Rich brings all his expertise and experience to make TWC the success that it is.
