TIOS by Semenak & Martinez

Trainer Intelligence™: personal trainer education, coaching psychology, and AI for personal trainers, built for fitness coaching that stays human.

Trainer Intelligence™ is the cognitive framework for coaches who think, not prompt. TIOS (Trainer Intelligence OS) is the operating system: Observe. Remember. Decide. Support.

Coaching is cognitive work carried out in motion. Trainer Intelligence carries continuity session to session, surfaces context when asked, and leaves judgment with the coach. Responsibility is shared, not delegated.

The book: Coaching as a Cognitive Craft: Coaching Without Prompts, by James Semenak & Francisco Martinez.

Co-founded by James Semenak and Francisco "Cisco" Martinez. Cisco has 25+ years as a personal trainer, 16 in Columbia, SC, through Drop Dead Weight™.
