Train To Serve The Church

Train To Serve is a two pronged initiative:

1. The first goal is to create an online space for new small church ministry leaders to be able to talk and learn from one another about the unique challenges of this type ministry.

2. And the second goal is show small churches how they can contribute to building up the next generation of church ministry leaders by offering mentoring and ministry internships!

We want to equip and support smaller churches and ministry organizations by:
1. Clarifying the type of leaders that the Church and other ministries desperately need.
2. Helping pastors and leaders of smaller ministries to establish a plan for discipling and developing new and godly servants that contribute to maintaining/building a healthy culture.
3. Offering a safe space to small church pastors to share, learn, and innovate in a world where many people often believe that every church's goal is to become the next mega church or develop a new multi-site church network.
