Train To Mountain

Arrive at your mountain or your trek stronger, fitter and ready. TrainToMountain builds a personalised training plan for your body, schedule and objective, then adapts it every week as you train and life changes.

Two tracks, one engine:
• Mountaineering: 3,000 to 5,000 m (about 9,800 to 16,400 ft) objectives such as Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso or Toubkal
• Trekking: multi-day treks such as Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, the Inca Trail, the Tour du Mont Blanc and the Annapurna Circuit, or any trek you enter yourself

• Follow a plan built around your summit or departure date, fitness and training history
• Adapt every week based on fatigue, recovery and real training data
• Train for the hardest day and the days in a row, uphill and down
• Build uphill stamina and downhill resilience with stair, incline, strength and eccentric training
• Train effectively from home, a hotel, an apartment or a local gym
• Track readiness and progress toward your summit day or your trek
