One More Chance with Tracy R. Jolly

One day I asked myself what would happen if I gave myself just one more chance. I was tired of living with depression and anxiety and was ready to give up.

But instead of focusing on all of the ways I could give up, I started thinking about some of the ways I could win.

And then I got excited about the possibilities.

I was determined that I would grow from surviving to thriving. I realized in order to accomplish this, I would have to adopt one more chance as a lifestyle, and so I am. One more chance, one day at a time.

There is only one rule: never give up.

Here, I’m talking about the real stuff like mental health, physical health, finances, goals, dreams, career, relationships, travel, faith, aging, setbacks, breakthroughs, and everything that comes with rebuilding your life.

Look, I’m trying to experience as much love, peace, freedom and massive joy that I can in this lifetime. And if you are starting over too, give yourself One More Chance and let’s see what happens.
