Tracks to the Future

Tracks to the Future is a global “Think Train” bringing together leaders, thinkers, entrepreneurs, scientists, artists and the next generation for dialogue, exchange and discovery — on the move.

In 2026, Tracks to the Future will travel from Duisburg to Xi’an, crossing Europe, Türkiye, Central Asia and China along historic routes that have connected people, cultures and economies for centuries.

Across the journey, participants will take part in onboard conversations, roundtables, institutional and business visits, cultural exchanges, exploring themes including connectivity, technology and AI, sustainable development, trade and investment, cities, culture and people-to-people exchange.

More than a journey between destinations, Tracks to the Future creates a moving space for new perspectives, unexpected conversations and meaningful connections across borders.
