Towards Knowing

Towards Knowing explores a deceptively simple question: How do we know what we think we know?

I’m David Plouffe, a writer and former educator and the author of A Crisis of Knowing. These videos explore how we make sense of reality.

I’m not interested in telling you what to believe. I’m interested in what we actually know, how we know, and what counts as credible evidence. Who can we trust? And what happens when reality no longer fits the conceptual maps that we have inherited?

The world may be larger than our ways of understanding it. Towards Knowing asks questions worth exploring.
