Toto Enterprises and Industrial Commodities

Toto Enterprises and Industrial Commodities (TEIC), established in July 2004 in Talisay City, Cebu, is a dynamic and growing company with a strong commitment to delivering superior service quality in industrial machine services and construction works.

TEIC began its journey as a specialist in motor vehicle parts sales. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Rener S. Pelayo, the company quickly expanded its scope to include industrial machine services and construction works, recognizing the growing demand for these services in the region.

TEIC has expanded its operations to include a presence in Ormoc City, Leyte. We have ambitious plans for further growth, with future expansion into Western Visayas, nearby regions, and ultimately on a national scale.
