Tony Morales - The Customer Service Guy

I’m Tony Morales, The Customer Service Guy and creator of the PFE Method: Professionalism, Friendliness, and Empathy. This channel is dedicated to real customer service stories, leadership insights, and practical lessons from my 15+ years in the field. You’ll hear good experiences, tough ones, and honest breakdowns of what could have been done better — always with respect and without tearing companies down. My goal is to help customers, employees, and businesses understand each other through real conversations. Share your stories in the comments, submit experiences, and join me as we explore what great service truly means.
