Fortitude Executive Coaching works with Mid to C-level executives driven to take their leadership skills to the next level and build meaningful careers with balance and purpose.  Their unique style combines coaching, consulting, and training (CCT Trifecta) to deliver a personalized coaching experience unique to an individual’s strengths and challenges. Clients are given access to their own coaching portal where session notes and course materials are stored, goals and metrics are documented, and progress is measured in real-time.   At the program level, Fortitude takes a holistic approach to the client using his proprietary Executive 360 program. This program includes assessments of the foundational competencies required of successful executives.  Elements of the program include career and life management, business management and leadership skills, behavior and emotional development, health and wellness optimization and fitness.
