I’m Dr Kadiyali Srivatsa. With more than 40 years in medicine, I explore the bacteria, viruses, and fungi and what we know—and are still learning—about their connections to digestion, immunity, and the gut–brain axis.

Here, you’ll find ideas, and guides to using "GutWise" to plan varied meals to boost immunity, happy harm. for your family. I believe knowledge can replace unnecessary fear and help us care for the living ecosystem within us. Good food and prevention matter; so does recognising when you need medical care.

My hope is simple: more understanding, more confident choices, and more tears of happiness.
