Tideline Estates

Tideline Estates follows the line where the most expensive real estate
on Earth meets the water that is taking it back.

We investigate oceanfront estates, cliffside mansions, barrier-island
communities and coastal towers - and the forces closing in on them:
shoreline erosion, bluff collapse, landslides, storm surge, sea level
rise, and the seawalls, revetments and beach nourishment projects built
to hold the line.

But this isn't a tour of beautiful houses. It's about what happens when
the ground a $30 million home stands on stops being land. We follow the
engineering, the geology, the permits, the insurance, and the buyouts -
and the moment an address becomes a liability.

Tideline Estates - the coastline always collects.
