Thyme WELL Spent is all about maximizing health and wellness through mindful nutrition and meaningful exercise, in addition to promoting joy seeking through gardening and DIY projects. 
I am a single mom, a certified personal trainer since 2009 and a Nutritionist with a Dietetics degree from the University of Arizona. 
This channel will include instructional exercise, dietary, gardening, growing, and any frugal life hack DIY I fancy to document. 
I can pinch a penny until is squeaks and I enjoy creating interior and exterior design on a dime!
