Howdy  it's me Clutch. I live off-grid with my family way up in North Northern California, and I’ve spent a lifetime in the wild—learning, guiding, and teaching. I’ve worked as a park ranger, wilderness guide, backcountry logistics supervisor, primitive skills instructor, and conservation manager. I also hold a degree in Recreation Management, and once upon a time, I even dabbled in stand-up comedy (because survival doesn’t always have to be serious).

Thunderstone Wilderness Ventures is more than just content—it's a mission. We create hands-on outdoor adventures and custom survival courses for school groups, families, churches, and companies. We also offer bushcraft inspired stickers and shirts made my me and my brother. 

Based out of Whitmore, CA—but always ready to travel—we’re here to inspire, educate, and reconnect people with the skills that keep us alive and grounded.
