This is a safe and honest space where I share my real-life experiences and the lessons I’ve learned while navigating some of life’s toughest challenges.

When I was just six, my parents separated. Two years later,  my father died. Those moments changed me, physically, emotionally, and mentally, shaping the person I am today.

I’m not a therapist or counselor, but I believe in the power of sharing our stories. Here, I open up about my journey, the struggles, the healing, & the growth, so that together, we can find hope, strength, & perspective.

This channel is a space for anyone grieving the death of a loved one, children of divorced parents, parents navigating divorce with children or someone who wants to support a dear one grieving. Here, we learn. We heal. We grow, together.
