K. David Smith, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor specializing in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-focused care for autistic, PDA, and ADHD adults and families, as well as people impacted trauma. A Clinical and Family Trauma Professional, Autism Specialist, and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, he brings both advanced training and lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic adult to his work.

David's practice focuses on the unique ways trauma, stress, and identity development unfold for people with complicated nervous systems.
