Thrive Studio • Lipoedema Friendly Exercise

Welcome to the Thrive online studio. A space for women with Lipoedema (& Endometriosis) to move, feel positive, & THRIVE with exercise!

I’m Donna, a 41 year-old Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist.
After having success with my own weightloss & health journey of loosing over 100lbs, I was diagnosed with Stage2 Lipoedema in 2021.

I share gentle, effective strength & Pilates workouts to manage my condition naturally, without surgery.
Here you’ll find low-impact, joint-friendly workouts, mat, chair routines, & strength training designed to support lymphatic flow and body confidence.
All workouts are designed to help you move smarter, not harder — so you can stay strong, supported, and empowered every day.

Equipment: Exercise mat, light weights, resistant bands, water, & compression wear (if needed).
Please consult your healthcare provider before starting.

✨ Subscribe, move with me, and let’s THRIVE with Lipoedema! ✨
...see you on the mat.
