Thrive Health | Coordinated Care with Dr. Alyssa

Dr. Alyssa is a licensed clinical psychologist, eating disorder specialist, and founder of Thrive Health. She helps parents, adolescents, and young adults navigate eating disorder recovery through evidence-based, compassionate, and family-centered care.

Dr. Alyssa completed her fellowship training at the UC San Diego Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research and currently serves as a psychologist and training supervisor with the Eating Disorders Center at Cohen Children's Medical Center. Drawing on her clinical, research, and teaching experience, she shares practical strategies, expert insights, and guidance to help families support recovery and navigate treatment with confidence.
