The Work Design Journal

Most conversations about AI start with technology.

I think they should start with work.

I'm Kesiena Ogefere, Founder of Copieux Group, and this channel explores a question I've become increasingly fascinated by:

How should work be designed so people, AI and organisations perform better together?

Through practical frameworks, real organisational examples and conversations with leaders, I'll be exploring what I'm calling the emerging discipline of Work Design.

We'll cover topics including:
• AI and the future of work
• Work design and organisational performance
• Leadership in the AI era
• HR technology and digital transformation
• Business transformation and productivity
• Lessons from real client work and research

We'll explore how work design can create better outcomes for people, organisations and technology.

If you're a CEO, CHRO, transformation leader, consultant, founder or simply curious about how organisations can work better, you're in the right place.
