What is The Rebirthing Journey?
Everyone is born from their mother’s womb and, after birth, becomes dependent on family and society, undergoing many years of conditioning. Rebirthing is a process of taking a new birth to break old patterns, heal from trauma, and decondition ourselves. It involves taking responsibility for our lives and reshaping them. In the Rebirthing Journey, we use various practices from yoga, Tantra, and both Western and Eastern healing modalities. These include Breathwork, Active & Passive Meditation, Qi Gong, Yoga Therapy, Philosophy, Counseling, Sound Healing, Ice Baths, Kundalini, and Chakra practices.
